Bringing together structure, consciousness and a deeply human way of seeing.
I am a researcher, writer, and holistic guide.
With a PhD in Economics and a background in large-scale data, policy-relevant research, and analytical strategy, I work across the spaces where intellect, structure and inner transformation meet.
My path has taught me that real understanding is never purely analytical. The emotional, spiritual, systemic, and rational are not separate — they are different layers of the same reality.
Today, I bring together:
evidence and intuition, clarity and depth, structure and presence,
in service of deeper insight and meaningful transformation.
My story
I am a trained economist with a PhD and a deep love for clarity, language, and structure.
My early work was highly analytical — shaped by statistics, data, and a fascination with logic and mathematical thinking.
At the same time, there was always something else present.
A sensitivity. An intuition. A way of perceiving patterns beyond what could be fully explained.
For a long time, these parts of me felt separate.
My path eventually led me deeper — into questions of consciousness, embodiment, the nervous system, and inner transformation.
What began as intellectual curiosity became lived experience.
I started to understand not only conceptually, but experientially, how patterns live in the body, how perception shapes reality, and how transformation unfolds layer by layer.
Over time, I didn’t just study these processes — I lived them.
And I watched how awareness, when met with presence, can shift something fundamental.
This is why I don’t speak from theory alone.
I speak from integration.
I have spent years learning how to see what is often unspoken — in people, in systems, in language, in conflict, and in the stories we carry about who we are.
And I have learned to meet that space with both clarity and care.
Much of what I offer today is something I have been doing naturally for a long time —
listening deeply, recognizing patterns, and meeting people exactly where they are.
I bring both heart and mind to this work.
A grounded analytical lens, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.
How I See
I believe that truth is rarely one-dimensional.
People are not only rational.
Systems are not only structural.
Healing is not only emotional.
And transformation does not happen only in the mind.
That is why my work moves across different layers: analysis and intuition, structure and sensitivity, precision and presence.
I am interested in what becomes possible when we stop fragmenting ourselves and begin relating to life in a more whole way.
What I Bring
A way of working that is both grounded and deeply human.
Analytical clarity
A PhD-trained mind, shaped by economics, large-scale data, policy insight, and systemic thinking.
Pattern recognition
The ability to see connections beneath the surface — in people, systems, language, conflict, and change.
Deep listening
A way of meeting people that is attentive, non-judging, and responsive to what is truly there.
Presence and intuition
Not only intellectual understanding, but embodied experience, sensitivity, and trust in what reveals itself with honesty.
